The retreat is located in a fantastic hotel in Arundel with a large craft rooms, delicious food and good accommodation. There are 2 crafting groups: sewing crafters and paper crafters.
You will receive a goody bag and a craft kit. There usually are extra classes to purchase and craft shops too!
You have the choice of arriving Thursday afternoon (from 5pm), Friday morning (to include lunch) or Friday afternoon (to include dinner). The total price is all inclusive and depends when you arrive and if you are sharing a room or not.

*Please note that a non-refundable deposit of £40 is necessary to book your place.
We will be using this venue which offers a craft room, delicious food, shared twin bed accommodation and lots of projects! There is a supplement for a single bedroom for weekend stay.
The retreat starts at 4pm on Friday till 4pm on Sunday.

We have been using this venue for a number of years as it offers a large craft room overlooking a lake, delicious food and good, basic accommodation!
Scrap-Circle usually holds 3 and sometimes 4 craft retreats there.
The price for the craft retreats at Grafham for 2024 is set at £230 (Oct & Dec) per person all inclusive (accommodation, food, craft room, craft kit and Pauline's famous cupcakes!)

Grafham Water Centre, Perry, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE28 0GW.
What's INCLUDED:
* Meals included are Friday and Saturday evening meals, Saturday and Sunday cooked breakfasts and lunches.
* Bedrooms are located over 2 floors and 2 bedrooms are sharing an en-suite for the first 16 participants booked. After that, participants will be in dorm rooms (1 per dorm) and share a communal bathroom.
There is one disabled bedroom with its own bathroom.
* The craft room is for our own exclusive use throughout the weekend and boast a small fridge, comfy chairs and a 6' table for each crafter. There are tea and coffee facilities throughout the weekend.
* The Retreat: you will have a goody bag including freebies, challenges and projects, should you need inspiration or something else than your own craft to do.
* The Scrap-Circle shop will be there just for you!
COST:
This craft retreat weekend costs only £250 , inclusive of all meals, accommodation,
projects and use of a craft room!
* Please note: All playments are non-refundable once payment plans have started.
* Please note: the balance of the cost of the retreat is due in full the month before the retreat start date.
* All bookings are subject to last minute cancellations by the Grafham Centre or any other venue depending on the current Covid guidelines. If this happens, you will be contacted to see if you would like to carry your payments to another retreat or be reimbursed.
